What You'll Do
* Lead a talented team of Epicor consultants and developers.
* Architect scalable ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
* Design and optimize BAQs, BPMs, and system architecture.
* Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
* Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, especially BAQs & BPMs.
* Proven track record in technical architecture design .
* Experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points For
* Epicor certifications
* Integration experience (REST, SOAP, EDI)
* SQL Server, SSRS, or C# knowledge
