Deputy Director of UK Student Recruitment & Marketing Are you ready to take on a critical leadership role that shapes the future of student recruitment and marketing at a leading London university?
As Deputy Director of UK Student Recruitment & Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an integrated, strategic approach to UK student recruitment, outreach, marketing and admissions. You'll play a key role in driving enrolment growth and achieving the University's ambitious student recruitment targets. In this role, you'll lead teams across UK recruitment, domestic and international marketing, outreach and events, brand and design management and content strategy. You'll also provide strategic oversight of admissions and visa compliance processes, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for prospective students. You'll work closely with senior colleagues across the University to design and implement data-informed strategies that engage and convert a diverse, high-quality student body. Your leadership will directly enhance the University's national and global reputation in a competitive higher education landscape. As a senior leader in the Student Recruitment, Marketing & Communications directorate, you'll also deputise for the Director when needed and contribute to the strategic direction, governance and performance of the function.
