Responsibilities
* Communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
* Follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
* Prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
* Provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, ventilation, and tube feeding.
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
* Experience working with paediatric clients.
* Driving license preferred (not essential).
Shift Details
* Type: Waking Nights.
* Monday – Saturday 21:00 – 06:00.
* Additional shifts available in the local area for flexible availability and willingness to travel.
* We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
