As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team.
The Role
As Wholesale Sales Manager, you will take ownership of developing and managing key retail relationships while driving new business opportunities across both wholesale and marketplace channels.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and strengthening our brand presence within the fashion and accessories sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across fashion retailers and department stores
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers and online marketplaces
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
* Present seasonal collections and made-to-order ranges to clients
* Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms
* Collaborate with design and production teams to meet client requirements
* Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity
About You
* Proven experience as a Wholesale Manager or similar role within fashion, accessories, or leather goods
* Strong existing network and relationships with retail buyers
* Experience working with both traditional retail and online marketplace platforms
* A natural people person with a friendly, approachable personality and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting)
