Your Career
Are you a detail‑driven professional with a passion for organisation, process and accuracy? As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth legal and commercial operations across the business. You may review legal documents, manage portals and maintain Salesforce data, developing your administrative expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment. In this role you’ll gain hands-on experience across Legal, Compliance and Sales, enhancing your knowledge while building a career that adds value.
Your Team
You’ll join a collaborative and cross‑functional team that supports the business’s legal, compliance, renewals and partner alliance operations. Working closely with Account Management, Sales and the wider Legal teams, you’ll be the vital link that ensures contractual accuracy, streamlined data processes and compliance with internal and external policies. With access to tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce and AdobeSign, you’ll operate in a culture of support and continuous learning where your contributions are recognised.
Your Impact
From day one, you’ll be integral to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of business‑critical operations.
* Prepare and review legal documents with precision
* Keep systems and data up to date, including Salesforce and renewal records
* Manage third‑party alliance portals and purchase orders
* Contribute to overall quality, compliance and security of business practices
