* You will provide guidance on legal issues and handle day-to-day staff management responsibilities.
* The ideal candidate is a qualified Criminal Solicitor with extensive management experience and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle HR issues are essential.
* While criminal law experience is important, this role emphasizes staff management. You will not be handling your own cases, making it suitable for someone in a senior or Head of Department position seeking a change.
