Were looking for a Senior Planning Coordinator to join our Management Information Services team at Peterborough College. This is a key role at the heart of the College, where your work will directly support staff, students, and the smooth delivery of the curriculum. TheSenior Planning Coordinator is a full time (37 hours per week) permanent role. About the role Youll be responsible for creating and maintaining student timetables and ensuring staff and room resources are used effectively across the College. This is a role where attention to detail really matters, but its also about problem-solving, adapting to change, and working closely with colleagues to find the best solutions. Youll be a key point of contact for timetable queries, helping staff understand and navigate changes, while ensuring data remains accurate and up to date. Youll also support enrolment and contribute to planning and reporting activities alongside the Resourcing and Planning Team Leader. What youll be doing as the Senior Planning Coordinator You will lead on the creation and maintenance of timetables, balancing multiple demands to ensure resources are used efficiently. Youll manage changes, validate data, and support colleagues across the College with queries, while contributing to wider planning and data processes that keep everything running smoothly.
