We’re in a strong growth phase, with Marketing playing a pivotal role across the business. ✨The role This is a hands-on, all-rounder Marketing Executive role for someone who loves variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of marketing activity across TSP’s core business and advisory arm, from content and campaigns to events, assets, and brand touchpoints. You’ll need to be confident cracking on independently, while also collaborating closely and confidently with internal stakeholders across the business. ✨Key responsibilities Content & social media Creating and managing social media content across TSP channels Filming and editing high-quality video content Planning content calendars and thinking proactively about future campaigns Creating pitch decks and marketing materials Supporting and writing award entries Producing monthly newsletters & blog posts Coordinating and creating partner blogs with external companies Identifying case study opportunities across the business Campaigns & lead generation Supporting on creating lead magnets Owning lead-gen campaign planning and execution Managing our Christmas gifting campaigns every year Creating and managing postal campaigns (we send out branded Tony's Chocolonley bars to prospects from time to time) Events Supporting and running client-facing and prospect-facing events and community events Assisting with executing webinars and promotional campaigns Brand Managing building signage designs and requests Researching, sourcing, and managing TSP merchandise This involves keeping tabs on chocolate bar stock (very important) Website upkeep and improvements Creating and maintaining TSP templates and brand assets ✨You’ll likely be someone who: Has used HubSpot or a CRM in a previous role (to any level) Is a natural self-starter with strong initiative Is highly organised, structured, and forward-thinking Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment Brings energy, drive, and a consistently positive attitude Is solutions-driven and commercial in their thinking Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Is confident with video content creation and basic editing Enjoys being an all-rounder rather than sitting in one marketing lane Is extremely willing to learn new things and develop new skills quickly Is happy to roll up their sleeves and take on tasks that may not always sit neatly within their job description – we all do this at TSP, and it’s how we move quickly and get things done Takes pride in producing high-quality work and sweats the small stuff ✨Education & qualifications Desirable but not mandatory: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field ✨Previous experience Essential: At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, or through internships/work experience ⭐️ THE PERKS Performance-related bonus Private healthcare Two paid charity days each year 25 days annual leave, not including public holidays and Christmas closure £75 birthday bonus Monthly Check-ins, development, learning and mentoring opportunities Excellent opportunity to develop within an award-winning, innovative company Contributory pension Friendly team – with regular socials like pizza evenings and brunches at Dishoom A note from the hiring manager Hey!
