Business Change Manager - SC Cleared SR2 have an exciting short-term contract role for a Business Change Manager to join an in-flight government programme. The role will focus on the behavioural and cultural aspects of performance management, supporting leaders and managers in adopting and sustaining best‑practice behaviours. Due to the nature of the role, active SC clearance is required.
