Finance Manager | PE backed Real Estate | Salary £75,000 - £82,000 + bonus
I am partnering with a PE backed Real Estate business looking for a driven and commercially focused Regional Finance Manager to join a high-growth team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain broad exposure and support significant strategic plans.
Reporting directly to the Regional Financial Controller, you will be a key player in the growing team, collaborating closely across the finance function and acting as a vital link between finance and non-finance teams across multiple operational sites.
This role is much more than core accounting; it requires a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach to business partnering.
Key accountabilities include:
* Assisting the Regional Financial Controller with the full end-to-end finance cycle.
* Owning the forecasting and budgeting process for multiple regional sites, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
* Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and tax filings.
* Proactively managing and optimising cash flow, with a focus on maximising cash collection efficiency.
* Serving as the lead financial partner to non-finance stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and influencing decision-making across sites to deliver commercial insight and support business growth initiatives.
* Partnering with operational leads to evaluate potential investment opportunities and strategic cost initiatives.
Requirements:
* You must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
* Ideally, you will bring prior experience from the Infrastructure sector or a related project/asset-heavy industry.
* Proven experience working with and influencing non-finance stakeholders is critical. You must be comfortable presenting financial data and providing necessary pushback to drive commercial results.
This is a unique, high-exposure role where you will gain a broad range of experience crucial for career progression within a PE environment. You will be expected to work primarily from the office, with site visits required on an ad-hoc basis.
