What skills and experience we're looking for We are seeking a caring and reliable Midday Supervisor to help ensure the safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. Working as part of a supportive team, you will supervise pupils at lunch and play times, support personal care needs in line with individual care plans, and create a calm, inclusive environment for all children. The role involves assisting pupils during meals, supporting toileting and hygiene routines, facilitating structured activities, and promoting positive behaviour using agreed strategies such as Team Teach. You will also follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures and report any concerns appropriately.
