Location: St Winifred's Care Home, 236 London Road, Deal Kent CT14 9PP
Contracted hours: hours (to include – every other weekend free, as applicable),
Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements

As a Registered Nurse, you will enjoy being part of an exceptionally supportive team, welcoming you into providing outstanding physical, emotional, and social assistance to the people living at St Winifred's Care Home.
We are looking for a positive and motivated Nurse to join our team. You will be passionate about nursing, with a genuine drive to manage a Care Team responsible for those using our services, including our residents, their families and visitors.

The Registered Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Undertaking all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional and regulatory requirements.
* Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported by the service, including the reporting of any safeguarding concerns.
* Positively supporting the management team in providing leadership to the care staff within the service.
* Working within the NMC Code of Conduct.
* Maintaining confidentiality, privacy and dignity of residents and support the care team in this respect.
* Ensuring person-centred care plans are developed in collaboration with residents, their families and friends (where appropriate) and members of the multidisciplinary team.
