How you'll make an impact
The Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting the finance team with accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices, payments, and send remittance.
2. Bookkeeping duties, including managing direct debits and standing orders.
3. Process and pay employee expenses in line with company policy.
4. Monitor accounts payable and receivable, following up with suppliers as needed.
5. Assist with monthly bank and trade reconciliations, investigating discrepancies.
6. Support payroll processing.
7. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with internal policies.
9. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
10. Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
