Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
2. Lead and motivate the team to meet performance targets and deliver outstanding service.
3. Assist with staff training, development, and scheduling.
4. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
6. Step up to manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.
Ideal Candidate:
7. Previous experience in the automotive sector (e.g. parts, service, retail, or dealership).
8. Supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable.
9. Strong organisational and communication skills.
10. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
11. Ambitious and eager to progress into a full branch management role.
