We are currently looking for a Talent Manager to join our Manchester-based team. If you are passionate about social media and love building genuine connections, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
* Manage content creators’ partnerships across social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
* Achieve revenue targets for each content creator
* Communicate and liaise with content creators to support their needs
* Handle emails and correspondence on behalf of content creators
* Identify and reach out to potential new brand partners for collaborations
* Provide weekly updates to content creators on the status of ongoing deals
* Maintain and update spreadsheets regularly to track earnings and performance
* Review contracts on behalf of content creators
