The role…
We are excited to recruit a new and experienced Sales Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis. As a Sales Ledger Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth financial transactions, processing the allocation of incoming payments, invoice distribution, and reconciliation activities. You will be a key member, reporting to the Sales Ledger manager and supporting the Order to Cash team, contributing to the overall success of the division.
Some of your key day-to-day activities include:
1. Process all invoicing and cash allocations within the Order to Cash team.
2. Working with customers and credit controllers to review and resolve unapplied and unidentified receipts within Oracle Fusion.
3. Deliver defined performance service levels aligned with the KPIs and SLAs for the Sales Ledger team.
4. Deliver the monthly month end close procedure for OTC
5. Escalation of issues in a timely fashion to ensure resolution without compromising SLA’s.
6. Deliver department reporting as required by OTC management team
7. Support the Royalties process, preparing and entering monthly statements into the Sales and Licensing system.
8. Reconcile Self Billing Accounts
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)...
9. Experience in a sales ledger environment within a transactional service centre.
10. Strong numerical skills and an understanding of sub-ledger double entry accounting.
11. Working knowledge of the Oracle Fusion ERP system is desirable
