The role of E-commerce Manager:
This is a newly created role to join a growing team. Ownership of driving revenue and ability to analyse sales funnels, optimise user journeys, and manage a proprietary platform to increase velocity and reduce friction.
* Define online user experience UX / UI
* Increase conversion and retention rates
* A/B testing
* Collate and report analytics
* Collaborative working with wider teams - marketing/sales/ customer services
* Brief/manage/support - developers /designers

Job Requirements for E-commerce Manager:
You will be a driven, results-focused E-commerce Manager
* Degree level in Marketing, business, digital, or similar
* Proven experience in increasing online sales performance
* B2C or D2C
* Managing e-commerce website
* Analysis of Sales Funnel
* UX/UI
* Report on actionable recommendations to support growth
* Able to commute to the Leicester office - 3 days per week
* Sponsorship is unfortunately not available with this role
