You will be working as a Senior Project Engineer - Digital and will be the part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries Division based in, Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Engineering Manager. You will be primarily responsible to execute digital projects using cutting edge technology and in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards. Your responsibilities Contributing using in-depth knowledge in the digital projects to execute projects, often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions. Work independently, apply establish standard through the software engineering life cycle Preparing complete project documents, ensure solutions stated in the statement of work are best practice and in line with client requirements, work closely with sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process Providing cost effective quality solutions as per customer requirement and delivers within the budget and contract Improving effectiveness of work plan in collaboration with other functions and complete risk and opportunity assessments and ensures implementation of resulting actions in digital projects Reporting any contract/ quality/ program/ cost issues to management along with recommendations for resolution. Interacting regularly with customers, officials, contractors and other stake holders to sort out the issues and maintain the healthy connect Attend project meetings and presents specific aspects of engineering assignments Ensuring that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements. Reporting process and tools inefficiencies and suggest ideas for improvement Your background Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in Asp.Net, web API & MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular JS, jQuery, AJAX, MS SQL Server Strong knowledge in object oriented analysis, design methodologies & UML Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills Experience in performing unit & functional testing Preferred to have experience in Agile methodology More about us Process Industries division delivers complete electrification and automation solutions, industry-specific products and lifecycle services across industries.
