Programme Details
* Year 1 – Build classroom experience, knowledge, and pedagogy through observation and reduced teaching load.

* Upon completion – Gain QTS, progress through the Early Teacher Career Framework, and continue to be mentored for leadership roles.
Responsibilities
* Teach students across a range of ages.
* Run co‑curricular activities such as badminton and tennis sessions.
* Participate in boarding house duties.
* Engage in mentoring, coaching, and leadership across the college.
Qualifications & Experience
* English graduate or other subject with a passion for working with children.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a supportive learning environment.
* Experience or initial career in another area acceptable; we value diverse backgrounds.
