Overview
Teamwork is a non-negotiable for us. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will act as a go‑to guru for our Boom Bites menu, ensuring order accuracy, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with the Front of House to highlight menu items, manage allergens, and maintain a pristine kitchen environment. Your role is vital to delivering an epic guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Act as the go‑to guru for Boom Bites menu, communicating with Front of House about kitchen status and assisting as needed.
* Ensure every order is prepared on time, looks on spec, and meets quality standards.
* Champion timely order delivery and monitor quality to guarantee an epic guest experience.
* Prepare for big events, track food inventory, and uphold all food safety rules.
* Maintain a super clean and top‑notch kitchen environment.
