Sales Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Process sales orders accurately and manage customer data efficiently
- Offer detailed product information to customers

- Identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall sales performance
- Propose improvements for an enhanced customer journey
