We're on the lookout for a Front of House Supervisor to join our vibrant team at The Trooper @ Wall.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven supervisory experience to step into a key role in a busy, fresh-food led pub with a strong reputation for quality steaks, seasonal dishes, and expertly made cocktails.
What we're looking for:
* A minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a similar style venue.
* Strong knowledge of steaks, fresh food, and cocktails.
* A confident, bubbly personality with a natural ability to engage with guests and lead by example.
* Experience in cash-ups, lock-ups, stock control, and team training.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
What you'll do:
* Support the day-to-day running of the front of house.
* Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards.
* Oversee service with confidence, ensuring smooth shifts.
* Handle cash management, stock, and closing procedures responsibly.
* Contribute ideas and energy to help grow the venue's success.
