This role is to focus specifically on Retail/Leisure Assets, around the UK.
The Role
* Lead leasing and tenant mix strategy across key retail park assets
* Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and re-gears
* Build and maintain strong relationships
* Monitor market trends to inform asset decisions
About You
* Strong track record in retail leasing (retail park experience preferred)
* Skilled negotiator with solid market knowledge
* Excellent network of retail contacts
This role will involve taking a key role in shaping leading retail destinations across the UK. Cheshire based.
Salary and package will reflect experience and qualifications, with a path for growth and development where required.
