Job Title: Business Development Manager - Conferences & Events
Salary: Up to A£45,000 + bonus + benefits

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow Conferences & Events revenue across high-profile hospitality venues. You'll own the sales strategy, win new business, and maximise key accounts. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where commercial impact and client relationships go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do
* Drive new business and grow existing accounts
* Deliver a proactive C&E sales strategy
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
* Hit and exceed revenue and conversion targets
* Use CRM and insights to build a strong pipeline
* Work closely with operations to maximise every opportunity
