Dale Farm Cooperative is a UK dairy farmer co-operative owned by over 1200 dairy farmers who supply us with fresh milk. Dale Farm has operations throughout the UK and Ireland producing and distributing a wide range of dairy products which it sells across the UK and Ireland as well as exporting to over 45 countries worldwide.

Hygiene Operative
(Night Shift – 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday)

Hygiene Operative
As a Hygiene Operative you will be key part of a dedicated team of operatives focused on ensuring that the factory environment and all associated machinery, meet our required high standards of hygiene.
The Role:
* Cleaning of processing equipment, and production lines to meet required standards.
* Responsible for the deep cleaning of the production areas.
* Conduct and accurately record appropriate post cleaning checks.
* COSHH Chemical Awareness
* Any other cleaning duties as required
The Person:
These are important roles within the production operation and we are looking for candidates who exhibit a proactive approach to their work, who can work on their initiative, who wish to develop their skills, contribute to a winning team and participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Essential:
* 6 months previous experience cleaning in a similar FMCG manufacturing environment.
* A minimum of a Grade C in English at GCSE Level.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Demonstrate a positive work ethic
* Demonstrate reliability
* Willing to work a permanent nightshift (10pm – 6am)
Desirable:
* COSHH Awareness Training
* Health and Safety Awareness Training
