Whether you’re handling parcels, coordinating routes, or managing depot operations, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and efficiency.

Role

Depot Operations Support - InPost Distribution Coventry depot.

Are you ready to be at the heart of a fast‑paced, dynamic parcel operation? Join InPost Distribution as a Depot Operations Support team member and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily parcel activities, exceptional customer care, and seamless administration in our bustling Coventry depot!

Location: Silverstone Drive, Gallagher Business Park, Coventry, CV6 6PA

Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday

Hours: 06:00am - 14:30pm

Salary: £26,020.80 per annum


Responsibilities

* Support drivers and colleagues across shifts, handling queries via face‑to‑face, phone, email, and digital systems.
* Manage driver bookings, parcel processing, and live delivery monitoring to keep parcels on time.
* Assist with damage control, repacking, and resolving logistical issues.
* Handle key admin tasks such as customer reception, claims processing, onboarding support, and internal communications.
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
* Collaborate closely with the depot and management team to escalate and resolve issues.
