About The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our internal teams and working closely with dealers, suppliers, and Account Managers. Your mission is to help deliver world-class customer service at every touchpoint. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a genuine passion for exceptional service, strong attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
* Take ownership of requests and aim for first-time resolution whenever possible.
* Ensure the customer journey remains smooth and uninterrupted at every stage.
* Provide continuous support to dealers, suppliers, and Account Managers.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
* Proactive approach with the initiative to take ownership of queries and aim for first-time resolution, while prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
* Experience communicating with both internal and external customers.
* Effective verbal, written, numerical, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks efficiently, recognising when to seek support or guidance.
* Ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure.
* Confidence in identifying information from financial transactions and communicating clearly with customers or suppliers about this data.
* Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
* Experience working as part of a team, with an understanding of varied roles and responsibilities aligned to service needs.
* Knowledge of the automotive industry (advantageous but not essential).
* Previous customer service experience (beneficial but not essential).
* Experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and updating core business systems accordingly.
