A fast-growing Software scale-up, backed by leading Private Equity investors and entering a major new phase of expansion. This is a rare opportunity to join a PE-backed SaaS business with strong momentum, ambitious plans, and the resources to execute them.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and shape the Product function from the ground up. You’ll define the product vision, establish best practices, and deliver a roadmap focused on user growth, retention, and engagement. This is a hands-on role, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with visibility to senior leadership and investors.

What You’ll Do
* Build and lead the foundation of the Product function, setting up processes, tools, and frameworks.
* Define and deliver the product roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
* Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven feature development.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver market-leading functionality.
* Use analytics, customer feedback, and market insight to prioritise effectively.
* Present roadmap progress and product strategy in leadership and investor meetings.
* Help shape the culture and operating rhythm of a scaling product organisation.
What We’re Looking For
* 5–8 years’ experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
* Proven ability to deliver user and revenue growth through great product strategy and execution.
* Strong commercial mindset with experience in agile environments.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders and investors.
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building from scratch.
