Overview
Finance Analyst (Fixed Term) role at ACCA Careers. This position is with Kenvue and located in Europe/Middle East/Africa, United Kingdom, England, High Wycombe. Work location is Hybrid.
What You Will Do
The Commercial Operations Support Analyst is responsible for all commercial compliance and operations within their area of the Kenvue UK business. Their role will involve collaborating closely with Commercial and Finance teams as well as external partners. In this role they will be responsible for completing commercial admin tasks accurately and in a timely and compliant manner. They will also be responsible for driving process improvements to ensure the best possible support can be given to our Commercial team to further drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Trade Promotion System Reporting
* Trade investment ledger management and invoice matching
* Audit claim management – managing existing claims and preventing future ones
* Claims for credits and damages
* Pricing
* Rebate loading and admin including reconciliation on quarterly basis
* Aged accrual reviews and related post close commentary
* Accrual releases
* New line forms/admin related to NPD
* Transfer order management
* Sampling for audits
* Additional channel specific responsibilities may also be a part of the Analyst role
* Process Improvements
* Ad hoc work as per business needs
* Reporting support
* New implementation
* System support
Desired Qualifications
* Professional Finance Qualification (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.)
* Degree level educated or equivalent
* Proficient spoken and written English
Experience and Skills
* Process improvement mindset
* Experience of managing and improving controls and working with audit and compliance teams
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communicator and collaborator
* Good systems knowledge and ability to understand technical details related to systems
