12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover) - 15 hours per week

Salary - £24,455 FTE (£9,914 part-time)
Are you highly organised, proactive, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our office.

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to help keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the office, making sure everything is well organised, fully stocked and operating in a cost-effective way. You'll coordinate essential office services such as post, parking permits, meeting rooms and contractor schedules, while also supporting key financial processes by checking deliveries, processing invoices and assisting with tasks like mail merges and bulk mailings. You'll help ensure health and safety standards are met and provide cover for our Customer Service Team when needed. You'll also have the opportunity to review how we work and suggest improvements that make our service even better.

About You
We're looking for someone with previous experience in an office environment and at least two GCSEs, including Maths and English. You'll be highly organised, confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers alike. A positive, team-focused attitude is essential, as is the ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.
