Role Overview
The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
Working hours are either
Monday to Friday working 07.00-16.00 (plus every second Saturday 07.00-12.00)
OR Monday to Friday 20.00-06.00, with additional flexibility where required.

Requirements
You will be a trained and experienced butcher with:
* Good knife skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and to embrace change
* Commercial awareness and the understanding of yields and costs
