Administrative Support Professional
This role is responsible for managing daily operational and administrative tasks, ensuring the successful running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Tasks: Reconcile daily financial transactions, validate supplier invoices, and process refunds in accordance with company policy.
* Materials Management: Oversee the ordering, receipt, and inspection of materials, ensure accurate inventory levels, and manage key supplier contracts.
* Administration: Manage the receipt and validation of invoices, coordinate internal delivery and distribution processes, and maintain accurate business systems.
Requirements:
* Skillful use of Microsoft Office packages, excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Able to learn and adapt quickly, good listening skills, and a positive disposition.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of patient admin software packages and workplace regulations an advantage.
Deliverables:
* Zero stock outs for purchased goods.
* All payment terms met within 30 days (exception being contracted staff).
* Daily reconciliations completed within 24 hours.
* Inventory turnover greater than 12 times per annum.
