Overview
This position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day coordination of the IPP customer portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B supply chain environment. The Commercial Account Representative manages day-to-day requirements across a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a high standard of service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The role serves as the first point of contact for all customer interactions across multiple channels, focusing on delivering a positive customer experience while building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end order process, onboarding new customers, managing data and reporting, and coordinating full stock take processes.
* Raise and monitor non-conformance reports, negotiate and raise credit requests, communicate annual indexation rates, and support debt management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Service Centre, Finance, and Quality to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.
* Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of key accounts and preparation for customer reviews.
* Maintain service excellence with strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting KPIs and SLAs through effective task management and prioritisation.
