As a senior sales contributor, you?ll secure high?value commercial partners, drive new revenue streams, and help elevate the impact and profitability of our Partnerships function. What you?ll do
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a commercially driven sponsorship sales strategy with the CCO.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline generating c.?1M+ per year.
* Lead high?quality outbound activity and secure new business across diverse sectors.
* Shape presentations and pitches with the support of our creative team.
* Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide regular updates to the CCO.
* Hand over new partnerships smoothly to the Partnerships team for activation.
* Attend industry events and host at Goodwood to strengthen relationships.
* Use market insight to identify new opportunities and emerging categories.
* Work collaboratively across the Estate to develop and refine partnership assets.
* Proven success in commercial sales, ideally within sport, events or entertainment.
* Experience of managing the full sales cycle and securing high-value sponsorship deals.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative brand partnerships.
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* A positive, collaborative, and team-focused approach.
* Flexibility around event schedules and willingness to travel in the UK and internationally.
