Executive Assistant to Founder An exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a dynamic renewable energy investment company specialising in large-scale solar, wind, and storage assets. This newly created role for an Executive Assistant offers scope for growth and development, supporting the CEO/Founder as well as the wider commercial team across projects, operations, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Administrative and EA support to CEO Assist in managing his time and priorities Diary and travel coordination Document management and compliance support Procurement assistance and supplier liaison The ideal Executive Assistant for this role will have: 4 years’ EA/administrative experience (preferably in energy, construction, or engineering) Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office A proactive, team-focused approach and interest in sustainability Office-based with occasional site visits.
