The role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience, having an understanding of the menu, ability to share our story and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction.
*This is a full time role between hours per week.
Responsibilities
- A key member of the Food and Beverage team, assisting with Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner service.
* Assist in the set up of daily services and cleaning tasks.
* Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner.
* Assist with the delivery and clearing of food and drinks.
* Communicating clearly with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth experience.
* Ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
* Demonstrating hospitality skills to provide exceptional service.
* Opportunities to upsell menu items and offer personalised recommendations.
