As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to play a key role in designing and delivering integration solutions across their HR ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems
* Leverage SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to deliver scalable integration solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external partners
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability
* Support ongoing optimisation and enhancement of existing integration frameworks
* Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team
Key Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP BTP and SAP CPI
* Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems
* Broad experience in SAP SuccessFactors
* Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment
Desirable Skills
* Experience with additional SAP modules or cloud integrations
* Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in integrations
* Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
