The Opportunity
This part-time role is vital to the College and the students that we support. You will be providing information, advice and guidance on college services and products, and full training will be provided. You will be working in a fast-paced and customer focussed environment, providing a high-quality service to a diverse range of enquirers using a range of communication mechanisms including email, telephone, and web enquiries.

About You
If you have experience working in a college environment or a contact centre, that's fantastic! If not, that's perfectly fine too. If you possess the essential skills and passion to excel in this role, we will provide the necessary training for everything else.
