The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior HR advisor for our client full time on Hinkley Point C. Our client has an innovative approach to complex infrastructure projects, fostering a culture that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. The Role
As a Senior HR Advisor at Hinkley Point C, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support to line management and employees across the site. Your daily activities will include managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and UK regulations. You will also handle documentation, vetting, visa support, and respond to HR queries efficiently, contributing to the overall smooth running of HR operations in a busy site environment.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
A degree in HR or a related subject.
Working towards CIPD qualification.
Proven experience in delivering comprehensive HR support in large or complex operational environments.
Extensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation.
Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
