The purpose of this 9 to 12 month contract role is to provide high-quality guidance and support to business leaders in the development of talent strategies, workforce planning, recruitment approaches and organisational structures.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide high quality HR advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years' experience in an HR advisory role within a legal or professional services environment.
* A CIPD qualification would be preferred but is not essential.
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
