We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our lively team. This is a weekend-based position, with core shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, plus the option of additional shifts midweek for private functions and parties.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and delivering great customer service. While you'll often work alongside others, there will be times when you'll need to work independently—so confidence and initiative are essential.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked.
* Deliver friendly, attentive service and engage positively with guests.
* Handle cash and card payments accurately.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking.
* Comply with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications
* Previous bar experience is essential.
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong time management skills for busy periods.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Basic bartending knowledge or willingness to learn.
Important Information
* Shift Patterns: Rotas are created weekly, so flexibility is essential.
* Weekend Role: Regular work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
* Extra Shifts: Additional hours may be available midweek for private events.
* Festive Period: Applicants must be available to work key holiday dates, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
