The role

As the Operations Office Manager, you will be a key driver in delivering and enhancing our services.

What You'll Be Doing
* Providing executive level support to Directorates and ensuring senior leadership is comprehensively briefed for effective engagement
* Developing refined enquiry handling protocols and maintaining internal governance frameworks and risk registers
* Professionally representing the Directorate to external organisations and key stakeholders
About You

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as the Operations Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and motivated individual who thrives in a multidimensional and fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of proven leadership, advanced technical proficiency, and outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth, efficient, and forward-looking operation of the office.

The successful candidate must possess demonstrable experience and expertise in the following areas:
* Experience in line management, including mentoring, and motivation of administrative or operational staff
* The ability to delegate effectively and ensure accountability across the team to meet departmental goals and strategic objectives
* Expert-level proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
* Working understanding of the principles and practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in an administrative and operational capacity
* Communication and interpersonal skills, essential for liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the University hierarchy
