You will take autonomy for the Procurement function for the site, working closely with multiple internal teams, this is a brand-new position which will support their continued success as a business: Coordinate the end‑to‑end procurement process for international suppliers Manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and documentation Build strong relationships with global vendors and logistics partners Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment Support continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly We would expect the successful Procurement Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), be an excellent communicator with good negotiation skills, and a analytical mindset.
