The 'Assistant Project Manager's' role
The Assistant Project Manager will assist in the day-to-day management of multiple live projects. The Assistant Project Manager will coordinate meetings, support design development, and contribute to procurement processes.
Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and supporting contract administration under JCT forms. The Assistant Project Manager will also monitor construction progress on site and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
The 'Assistant Project Manager'
The ideal Assistant Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering (2:1 preferred). The Assistant Project Manager will have up to 2 years' experience, including internships or placements within the construction sector.
A desire to achieve MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is essential. The Assistant Project Manager will be organised, proactive, and confident working within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
