Join Our Team at Busy Bees London Kilburn! We are a Leading Nursery Group in the UK, offering a 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract for a Maternity Cover Nursery Manager. If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above) and have at least two years of leadership experience in early years settings, we would love to hear from you. Rated Good by Ofsted, our London Kilburn nursery welcomes up to 70 children and is dedicated to providing a warm, stimulating, and enriching environment for every child. Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills. You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A focus on delivering high‑quality childcare and early education.
