I am seeking a Senior Marketing leader to shape and drive the firm-wide marketing and business development strategy.
Working closely with the Managing Partner & CFO, you will play a key role in positioning the firm for growth—leading strategic initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and embedding a high-performance BD culture across the practice.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of the firm’s marketing & BD strategy and annual plans
* Partner with Practice Heads to drive growth, client development, and cross-selling initiatives
* Oversee all pitches, tenders, and directory submissions
* Lead brand, PR, digital marketing (SEO/PPC), and thought leadership strategy
* Drive client engagement programmes, events, and targeted campaigns
* Manage and develop the marketing budget, ensuring clear ROI and commercial impact
* Lead and develop the marketing function, agencies, and suppliers
* Use data, insight, and CRM to inform decision-making and track pipeline performance
Must have:
* Proven senior marketing/BD leadership experience within a law firm or professional services
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Deep understanding of the legal market, client behaviours, and partner-led dynamics
* Extensive experience leading pitches and supporting high-value client wins
* Gravitas and credibility to influence senior stakeholders and Partners
* Excellent strategic, communication, and leadership skills
