The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for highly personable, driven, and organised Events Host / Head Bakers to join us on this new chapter. You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day running of our brand-new site, assisting with recipe development, leading the team, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience. From hosting lively events and guiding groups of budding bakers to working closely with the Site Manager and fellow Events Hosts, this role offers plenty of variety. If you love meeting new people, bringing events to life, and sharing your baking know-how with enthusiastic novices, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Team ? Lead and inspire a team of bakers and event hosts. ? Work collaboratively with the Site Manager and fellow Events Hosts to keep everything running smoothly. Operations ? Oversee the daily management of events, ensuring a flawless guest experience from set-up to wrap-up. ? Take charge of all aspects of event preparation and delivery. Guest Experience ? Host and engage with customers, creating memorable, high-energy experiences. ? Share your baking expertise in a way that’s fun, approachable, and confidence-boosting. Working Conditions You’ll be part of our fantastic team at our Liverpool site, working shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday. We’re looking for someone who enjoys engaging with large groups and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As this is a hospitality-based role, you’ll be on your feet and active, from carrying ingredients and equipment to welcoming guests and guiding them through their experience. Per Hour Closing date 25/08/2025hours Our opening hours are 7 am to 11 pm, with shifts typically scheduled within this timeframe.
