Position: Sales Coordinator\n\nSalary: £28,000 to £32,000\n\nLocation: Office-based Manchester\n\nHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm (Flexible) \n\nReporting to: Senior National Account Manager\n\nA leading and rapidly growing UK-based food manufacturing business is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales administration who's ready to take the next step in their career within the fast-paced FMCG sector.\n\nThe Role:\n\nThe sales coordinator will play a key role in supporting the commercial team, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales process. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their commercial skillset within a supportive and ambitious environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProviding administrative support to the sales team, including meeting coordination and presentation preparation\nConducting customer and market research, including trend analysis and compiling reports\nActing as the point of contact for customer queries, ensuring excellent service\nManaging and updating customer-facing materials and sales reports\nHandling several smaller customer accounts\nAssisting with forecasting and CRM management\nSupporting product and customer onboarding processes\nCoordinating product sample delivery and logistics\nAttending customer meetings and trade shows, as required\nSupporting senior members of the commercial team with strategic tasksThe Ideal Candidate:\n\nMinimum of 12 months' experience in a sales administration or coordinator role\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nStrong communication skills with a professional telephone manner\nConfident engaging with stakeholders at all levels\nExcellent organisation and multitasking abilities\nFamiliarity with FMCG and B2B sales processes is highly advantageousPersonal Attributes:\n\nDetail-focused with a high level of accuracy\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently\nEager to learn and quick to adapt\nResults-driven and commercially aware\nFlexible and collaborative team playerWhat's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience\nProfit share scheme\n31 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service\nExtra day off for your birthday\nHealth cash plan (after 3 months) - includes cover for dental, optical, and more\nEmployee Assistance Program\nCompany pension with 4% employer contribution\nFree on-site parking, close to major travel networks\nStaff perks include weekly product samples, discounted staff shop, and regular themed office days (e.g.
