More About Your Role

We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager on a permanent basis. You will oversee and drive the performance of the Sales Teams at Beechwood Park and Button House, ensuring alignment with Brio’s customer experience strategy and sales objectives.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the development and support of Sales Advisors, increasing conversion rates for the sales team and managing and monitoring the full sales pipeline.

This role will be based between Hackbridge and Stow in the Wold.

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe workspace, so a DBS check is mandatory.


More About You

The successful candidate will have sales experience and have previously led teams. Knowledge of the housing sector and a strong knowledge of MS platforms such as Word, Excel and Outlook are desired.
