Aston Martin F1 is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to deliver exceptional 1st and 2nd line IT support across our high-performance environment. You’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless technology operations for critical departments including Operations, Engineering, HR, Manufacturing, Finance, and the Race Team.

Responsibilities
* Provide responsive and effective IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep our team running at full speed
* Maintain and document incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, IFS Assyst)
* Support planned maintenance and proactively resolve recurring issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office Suite
* Hands on experience with IT hardware configuration and remote support tools
* Familiarity with ITSM platforms and service delivery best practices
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to work independently and meet SLAs
* ITIL understanding or certification (preferred)
